MI Paste Instructions for Use
  • Floss, brush, and rinse as normal

  • With your finger, apply a pea size amount of MI Paste on all surfaces of teeth

  • Let sit on your teeth for 3 minutes then expectorate, but DO NOT rinse

  • Wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking

  • This can be done 2-4 times a day – most importantly, before bed!
